Loved the location near the Finland railway station. The staff members were consistently courteous and very pleasant, assisted us with cribs and high chairs for children. The food was outstanding and served in the restaurant.

Honestly no reason to complain. Fairly clean place, excellent service, friendly staff. The location absolutely perfect in the too restaurant. And right by Finland railway station, and the center of that city. Stylish and neat rooms with a very comfortable bed. Easy check-in, late check-out.

The breakfast was plentiful, the staff were extremely pleasant and polite, and the location was fantastic being close to a railway station. The room was affordable.

The choice of the breakfast buffet is large and rich. The room view is fantastic and the reception is super friendly and helpful

Location is not quite as ideal and especially in the evening when the bridges are pulled up it is only ideal to a limited extent.

A great hotel! Charming view of the Neva and Aurora. Delicious breakfast and nice staff. The rooms were very clean. Great surroundings. Taxi to the airport was very punctual and uncomplicated.

The prices in the restaurant are overpriced. One had to wait a very long time for food. The food was okay. The rooms have bad soundproof windows. A little loud.

The hotel is special with great Wi-Fi and a great value. The view to the river is lovely, the room is perfectly clean and huge. Comfortable atmosphere, but some people working here are very unfriendly. The main bar is nice, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

The restaurant had a great view, and we had excellent dishes, with exceptional service. Despite a few unprofessional employees, we enjoyed our experience overall.

We had a room with river view on the 8th floor. The view was just incredible. One could already see the most important sights from the room. The breakfast also offered a lot. In addition to the beautiful view from the breakfast area, this was optimal. Apart from that, Saint Petersburg is definitely worth a visit.

The room on the river side is located directly on a busy road. There was some noise, but you could still fall asleep well.

WLAN quality was very variable from not working at all to very good connection. With these fluctuations, the WLAN was the only negative thing about the hotel stay.

The units are exceptionally comfortable on renovated floors. Their breakfast option with local products is very very good, put others we have been to shame!

The hotel had a fantastic location very close to Aurora Palace. The atmosphere created was comfortable. The property was also very close to a railway station.

We spent wonderful days in Saint Petersburg and felt very comfortable in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, large and clean. We had booked a room with a panoramic view and thus had a wonderful view of the Neva. At the breakfast buffet everyone could find something to his taste. We'll be happy to come back.

Location: the hotel was close to Gulf of Finland as well as the far embankment.

This place was clean, the staff was polite, the room was spacious and had central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

Nice hotel, nice employees, but the standard is not at the European level.
